2025-2026 OMHA Season and Development Camp Registration NOW OPEN

Registration for the 2025-2026 OMHA Season and Development Camps is now open registration will close on Sunday July 20, 2025

The 2025-2026 fees and additional information regarding registration are posted under the OMHA INFO > REGISTRATION tab on the top tool bar

 

IF you are registering your player for the first time in a Hockey Canada Sanctioned program please follow the below steps PRIOR to registering with OMHA.

 

  1. Create Spordle Account (see below instructions)
  2. Create HCR Profile (see below instructions)
  3. Complete Respect in Sport Certification and provide HCR number to Respect Group during that process to ensure the completed certification is showing in HCR (Remember the requirement is that RIS Certification is SHOWING in HCR)
  4. Register with MHA

 

Any families or participants who have previously registered with a Hockey Canada sanctioned program and are looking for their HCR number can log in to their Spordle Account (create one if necessary, using attached instructions) to log in to their profile and obtain their number.

Complete Respect in Sport Parent

Respect in Sport for Hockey Canada Parents - Getting Started

 

If you have taken the Respect in Sport Parent course for another child please log into your Respect in Sport Parent Account and under the child management section please add your new player.

 

Please note that the RIS Parent Course is NOT the same as the RIS Activity leader course.

 

If you have taken the RIS Parent course for another sport please contact the RIS Help desk after you have created your players account. 

1-866-956-9791 to ask them to add your RIS number to your players profile.

 

STEP 4

Register with OMHA once registration opens on June 23rd.

STEP 5

Hockey Alberta requires that minor hockey associations verify players birth dates and primary residence address.

Please email admin@okotokshockey.com a copy of your players birth certificate along with 3 proof of residence documents. 

Examples of residency documents are:

Driver’s License for Father

Driver’s License for Mother

School registration at a school in or near the residence for the current year

Proof of mail delivery by Canada Post at residence (Box numbers are not acceptable)

Telephone bill for land line service at residence

Cable or Internet bill for service at residence

Utility bill for service at residence

Lease agreement for residence in parent(s) name(s)

Current property tax notice in parent(s) name(s)

Homeowner/Renter’s insurance policy for residence

Void cheque with residence address

Vehicle registration with residence address.

Any other documentation which supports your claim to residency at the address
