Health and Safety
The Health and Safety director was a new position brought in by OMHA in 2018 to help achieve the highest level of safety for our children while playing a sport they love. The safety page will be a link for health and safety resources and forms.
OMHA is also excited to be undertaking some new safety initiatives this upcoming season. Once those initiatives are approved and ready to begin they will be added to this page. Stay tuned!

OMHA on the bench safety trainer course 2026
OMHA is hosting the bench Safety course on the 3 following dates:
November 16,18,24th

Please remember that this OMHA course is in ADDITION to the Hockey Canada Safety Course. It also has to be completed every 2 years. U7 & U9 teams require 2 safety coaches, and U11 and above require 1.
